Many people now are asking why Windows Editions do not appear anymore like before in SCCM? there was Enterprise, Pro, and Education. When windows 10 1703 was released it was the last OS coming with these Detailed editions, but Since Microsoft released 1709 they bundled all Editions in Two Media one for Volume licensing contain (Enterprise, Pro and Education) and the other one contain (Home, S mode and pro).
But In SCCM you will See something different Business Editions and Consumer Editions:

you can go deeper to know the difference Right-Click-> Properties-> Content Information:
In Business Edition you will see (vol) which mean Volume Licensing so it contains (Enterprise, Pro and Education)

In Consumer Edition you will see (ret) which mean retail so it contains (Home, S mode and pro)

Hope this helps.
